Good otherwise.

Good stay. Braai area not satisfactory - very small braai. Main bed sheets were dirty. The swimming pool pump running constantly was disrupting.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologise profusely for the bad experience you had. This is the first time ever that we've had such a disappointing incident. An investigation is underway to follow up on the cause of the dirty linen and to put in appropriate corrective measures. The automatic pool cleaning times will be revised and we will see how we can work on the braai area.
