Die was goeie waarde vir geld. Daar was egter 'n paar haakplekkies. Die geyser was nie aangeskakel nie en dus was daar geen warm bad soos beplan toe ek gaan slaap het nie. Die WiFi het nie gewerk en was die rede vir my keuse van bespreking van die eenheid siende dit so geadverteer was as uitgerus met WiFi. Daar was ook geen botteloopmaker nie, maar ontvangs het tot ons hulp gekom deur een te kom aflewer. Daar was ook geen skottelgoedwassertablette nie wat op sigself nie 'n probleem was om met die hand te was nie, maar dan moet gaste daarop attent gemaak word dat hul dit moet saambring.

Regarding the geyser, we apologize for not having it turned on prior to your arrival, which resulted in a lack of hot water for your bath. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will ensure that housekeeping pays closer attention to this detail in the future to prevent such issues. We also apologize for the Wi-Fi not working during your stay. We understand that having a reliable internet connection is essential, especially when it was one of the factors that influenced your choice of booking with us but unfortunately lightning struck a cable and that particular section within the resort had no Wi-Fi at all. I can confirm that this issue has been resolved. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and better meet the expectations of our guests.
