We apologise for any confusion regarding the loft unit and the inconvenience of the unmade bed. It must be noted that, although the unit has a loft, we only book and prepare Sunbird Cottage as a one-bedroom cottage and do not consider the loft space as an additional bedroom. We will ensure these issues are addressed to provide future guests with a seamless experience. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future for another pleasant stay!
