Firstly, our sincere apologies for the unscheduled cold water you experienced when the geyser tripped during the night. We've taken your concerns to heart, and rest assured, the geyser is now on high alert. The team has committed to keep a close watch on it, preventing any unexpected trips. Safety first, right? Our maintenance team normally performs with great skill, ensuring every light bulb twinkles, every faucet functions properly, and every WiFi signal remains strong. Sadly, they can only rectify issues if we are made aware of them. Apart from the geyser incident, we did not receive any complaints from your side. We encourage you to inform the hotel staff about any issues or concerns in the future. Should anything fall short of your standards in the future, a maintenance team will be summoned to your service. Our stay was wonderful. The only problem we had is that our family unit was smelling very bad like old rain water. The bunk beds for kids did not have steps to go to the top bed, our wardrobe did not have a door. The lady who we made a complaint to tried to check availability of another room unfortunately they were all booked so ended up sleeping in the smelly. We tried switching on the aircon but it just made the smell worse. All matters is that we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent accommodation - excellent staff - excellent hosts. What a pleasant surprise. Definitely value for money. Extremely clean and such pretty rooms with little spoils upon your arrival. Fresh towels awaiting you. Kitchenette area ideal. Close to shops. Ten minutes from Anstey and Brighton Beach. Good fishing spots. Jacuzzi define. Common area ideal for a games night or just a nice hang-out.

Bekostigbare, gerieflike verblyf. Alles wat jy nodig het, gerieflik en beskostigbaar. Vriendelike en behulpsame werkers en so ook die eienaar. Baie lekker gebly, net die pad verby die gastehuis is baie besig. Sal weer daar gaan bly.
