We live in PE and enjoyed our 3 day stay. Unit is clean, modern, well-equipped and good security. Excellent accommodation, well located with magnificent sea views from lounge and bedroom of Table Mountain. Fail safe security, which included a lock-up garage. Well located - shops within easy walking distance. Katja helpful and friendly with queries and advice. Traffic access to Cape Town easily managed from this area.

Selfs die kleinhuisie het 'n mooi uitsig! Ons is baie vriendelik deur die eienares, Katja, ontvang. Sy het vir ons die sekureitsteslel gewys en die WiFi kode gegee. Onbeperkte toegang tot die Internet word amper 'n moet met verblyf van die aard. DStv in ons geval van geen waarde. Die woonstel is skoon en netjies. Vanuit alle kamers, selfs die badkamer, pragtige uitsig op Tafelberg en die omliggende omgewing.

Aangename verblyf naby strand, sentrums, bus en stad. Basiese verblyf maar netjies en skoon met pragtige uitsig van Tafelberg en see. Sekuriteit uitstekend en het ook 'n toesluit motorhuis. Woonstel baie goed geleë, binne loopafstand van inkoopsentrum, strand, restaurante, MyCiTi-busdiens. Gasvrou baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Ideaal geleë met pragtige uitsig oor Tafelbaai. Goed toegeruste woonstel met pragtige uitsig in veilige kompleks met toesluitparkering teen billike tarief. Uitstekend.

Fantasties! Ons het ons verblyf terdeë geniet! Die plek was netjies en die uitsigte was 'n droom om te beleef. Alles was net awesome! Ek beveel Lagoon Views Apartment aan vir toeriste. Ek sal definitief weer in Lagoon View Apartments gaan bly.

Goed geleë met baie mooi uitsig. Woonstel het 'n mooi uitsig op Tafelberg en Robbeneiland, sekuriteit baie goed met toesluit-parkeerplek. Dit is naby die stad en strande soos Sunset Beach Blouberg ens. is ongeveer 5 min se ry van die woonstel af. Verskeie groot besigheidsentrums ook baie naby. Strand self binne loopafstand. Stil omgewing. Sal dit definitief aanbeveel.

Not value for money. You're better off going to a motel. No cleaners. No fresh towels. No clean sheets. No toilet paper. No WiFi. Faulty elevator - guests frequently got stuck in the elevator. The building was being renovated and there was no stairs access.

Dear Brighton, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the accommodation. To be honest, we were also unhappy with you as a guest as you left the flat in a devastating state. Garbage lying around on the floor, sand all over, etc. We don't offer daily cleaning as advertised, since this is a self-catering flat. May I suggest to book a hotel or a guest house if you require daily service. You were provided in the beginning with a fresh set of bedding and towels, toilet paper etc. We changed the duvet as you wished 2 days later. Your partner didn't bother to get up from bed when I personally came around lunch time and changed the duvets. Breaking the lock of our storage cupboard and taking out things which don't belong to you is unacceptable. There are staircases, both lifts work. I wonder how you managed to go up or down without a lift and without a staircase? We hope that next time you'll find accommodation elsewhere.

Het voldoen aan ons verwagtinge. Die woonstel is inderdaad baie gerieflik sentraal geleë en het goeie sekuriteit. Dis goed toegerus, maar het nie DStv nie, as dit vir gaste 'n vereiste is. Die gebou word tans opgeknap (Oktober 2015) wat raserig en stowwerig is tussen 8:00 en 16:00. Die werk behoort teen Desember klaar te wees. Ons sal beslis weer daar gaan bly as ons Kaap toe gaan.

Unfortunately, renovations are taking place at this moment and it is difficult for us to foresee how much noise and dust is being produced at specific times. The noise level differs from day to day, sometimes from week to week depending on the work progress they make. I hope that soon the building will be refurbished so we can offer you again the usual peace and beautiful views from our apartment. We would love to accommodate you again in the future.
