Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- Access via some stairs, not wheelchair accessible.
- There is no inverter or backup supply of electricity in the event of loadshedding. There are, however, rechargeable lights.
The final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 2000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakage deposit is to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 250 in cash upon check-in for a late check-in fee if arriving after 18:00.
- A maximum of 5 people sharing 2 bedrooms are allowed to sleep over. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Do take care of small children at this property as there are no safety barriers on the stairs or railings. This apartment is on the 2nd storey/upper level of the complex. The owners and property management company will not be held liable in any way.
- Please bring your own baby camp cot and high chair with you.
- Linen, bath and beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. No loud music or noise after 22:00 please.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
