House Rules

- The owners are pet lovers and there are 2 resident dogs and a cat on the premises. There is a gate to lock them around the front of the house for guests who are not keen on animals.
- Socialized pets may be permitted by prior notice.
- Guests are allowed to smoke outside.
- The sleeper couch can accommodate 1 adult or 2 children. It is not suitable for 2 adults.
- This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
