Gesinsvakansie. Baie ruim woonstel, het alles wat benodig mag word. Het baie lekker gebly. Veilig en gerieflik. Buite mure het aandag nodig, verf dop af.

Dit was 'n lekker vakansie, die was naby aan die strand wat ons net meer laat besef het dat ons uiteindelik by die see is. Ons het lekker gebly.

Baie aangenaam. Hierdie eenheid het al ons vakkies gemerk en voldoende aan ons vereistes voldoen. Hierdie foto is misleidend. Eenheid 50 is links van die kamera en gesien of 'n mens met die rug teen die motorhuisdeure omdraai. Dit is op die eerste verdieping. Dit het nie 'n see-uitsig nie en beweer nie dat dit een het nie. Verkeer kan luidrugtig wees as ons gewoond is aan stilte, maar dit is nie ondraaglik nie. Ons het aan die verhuringsagente 'n paar voorstelle gedoen wat die eienaars moet oorweeg, maar daar was niks wat die vakansie bederf het nie.

Hi David, We thank you staying with us and for your valued feedback. I forwarded all of your suggestions to the owner which will definitely improve any future guests' experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to point out all of the snags. The photograph is of the outside of the complex, not of the unit, but I have added in that the unit is on the first floor and that it does not have a sea view, just to make sure that there is no misunderstanding going forward. The flat was pleasantly spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately then entire complex had no electricity and no water for 3 of the 4 days we stayed there, which was most inconvenient. Fortunately there were at least 12 empty 5 litre bottles in the unit which we could use to get water from the swimming pool for washing. (This did make use presume this problem occurs regularly). The iron is very burnt and rusted and not suitable for use. But, the size of the flat was very very impressive.

Dear Karla, we thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are terribly sorry about the problem and refunded you one night's stay to try and make up for your inconvenience. The complex caretaker advised me that it was an Eskom substation issue, which was resolved on Tuesday. There was, therefore, no water as the pumps could not operate due to no electricity, so a terrible situation was just made worse, so sorry about that. We will make sure that the iron is replaced, thanks for pointing that out. We hope we can accommodate you again in future! Regards, Mandy.
