Refer to your review! I was on duty the day you booked in, and I was the person you spoke to when you asked for an early arrival. As I explained we were fully booked and when people depart from a unit the whole unit needs to be cleaned properly and therefore, we don't allow any early arrivals when a unit is a departure and arrival on the same day. Upon your arrival you were checked in by me and I explained the House Rules to you I brought it to your attention no parties or loud music will be allowed and that nobody can be in the swimming pool after 23H00 as this is the time that we put our chemicals in. You were not happy about it. On the microwave there was an Inventory of the crockery and cutlery of the unit. You were supposed to check it and report any shortages and breakages the same day or the next day. Thank you for the acknowledgement about the parking bays. Nowhere a staff member of any establishment walks with a guest and do a check of the inventory it is the guests responsibility. The reason why you were asked to depart at 09H30 is that there was a guest scheduled to book in the same day. We are working at a very strict schedule and don't have time to come back to units. At 10H00 we had to ask you to please vacate the unit, I was informed by you that one of the ladies are waiting for her Uber that will only be arriving at 12H00. I said that she can't wait in the unit as there are new guests booking in the same day. I suggested that she waits at reception for her Uber.
Sorry that you are taking this as a bad experience of our service to our guests, but we are trying to accommodate everybody booking at Licona.
