Ongelooflik!

Ons het so lekker gebly die huis is so gemaklik en baie groter as wat op die foto's is. Ons sal enige tyd weer by Lilly house bly. Die WiFi was bietjie stadig, maar het ons nie regtig gepla nie.

Strandhuis gevoel.

Perfekte huis vir 'n wegbreek. Linne, breekgoed, dagbed, kaggel. Alles het ons verblyf so lekker gemaak.

Comfortable

The driveway isn't very clear of obstacles and I was disappointed to have no TV in the house for my kids. I was told there was a UPS for the Wi-Fi, but nothing when we got there.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the confusion about the UPS. At the time of your stay, we were in the process of installing UPS devices in all our homes and made an oversight in confirming that there was one when in fact it was not installed. Lily House is now equipped with one. It is indeed true that Lily does not have a TV. We did not include a TV in the listing details, and we are sorry to hear about the misunderstanding.

Lovely house ideal for our family with a little toddler.

We had a lovely stay at Lily House. The fireplace was perfect for the rainy Saturday and the huge built-in daybed was fantastic to chill and see the rain sweeping over Betty's Bay and even better on Sunday to marvel over the beautiful mountain view. We can't wait to go back!

Great time was had by all.

A few small issues: Access and screen to outside shower falling apart. Fridges are a problem as there are only 2 small bar fridges and it was difficult to store our food etc. for the weekend. Small details make the difference - dishwashing liquid (cheapest option supplied), no soap in bathrooms.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to improve where we can.
The outside shower screen was damaged during severe weather just before your arrival and our handyman could only fix it the following week. There is a complete freezer in the little storeroom in the house, so sorry you did not notice it. We do provide hand soap in the bathrooms. Note it is self-catering. There was also dishwasher tablet provided. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Effe teleurgesteld in verblyf!

Slotte het beslis aandag nodig! Baie stof onder beddens en kaste. Spinnerakke in die hoeke en op die vloer. Teleurstellend. Stofsuier of besem sou handig gewees het, maar is nooit ingelig waar hierdie items gestoor word. Vars handdoeke in 5 dae periode sou ook welkom wees!

Thank you for your feedback. The security locks on the doors are problematic, and we will have them looked at again.

There is a storage cupboard in Lily house with a broom, vacuum cleaner etc. The key was on the bunch that was given, but we will notify guests in future.

Fresh towels are supplied every 7 days.

We are very disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay, as we pride ourselves in our clean homes and good service. If you had contacted us while you were here, we would most definitely have resolved the issues mentioned.

Rustig, skoon en netjies.
