House Rules
1. Lymegrove Beach Villa is a private place of residence therefore the home is solely available on a seasonal basis. Guests are kindly requested to oblige with availability, and minimum stay periods.
2. This statement home has a lift which runs from the garage to both the lounge and upper bedroom levels of the home to assist guest with limited mobility, and bring up your groceries directly from the car. The Master suite and 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites are located on the upper (3rd level) of the home, and the 4th guest suite is located on the 2nd floor or living area of the home.
3. The infinity pool is only partially railed so that the breathtaking sea views were not obstructed. Guests with young children would therefore have to ensure their safety at all times as there is a drop down to the front walkway leading from the beach bathroom next to the garage, to the outdoor living area.
4. Lymegrove Beach Villa's pool and outside area are fully maintained by the family's wonderful gardener who will continue to service the property 3x times a week. Holiday Escapes will discuss which dates would be preferable for guests to allow him access to perform his duties to ensure guests' comfort.
5. It is important to note that this spectacular vacation home maintains strict access control. Guests are kindly requested to sign our guest contract, and to submit the required information together with a copy of each guests' ID to Holiday Escapes, prior to arrival.
6. This home is situated in a residential area with a lovely family and close knit community feel. Guests are urged to please respect the home and its neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.
7. Given that this home is a private place of residence, there is a very strict "No Parties" policy which extends to ALL functions such as baby showers/hen or stag parties or luncheons etc. Guests are urged to reach out to Holiday Escapes with any special requests which they may have so that permissions may be granted from the home's owner, if acceptable.
8. Cleaning services can be arranged in accordance with guests requests at a nominal, additional cost. Daily services are priced at ZAR 350.00, and ZAR 700.00 on Public Holidays.
9. While we adore our fur-babies, this statement home is unfortunately not pet-friendly due to the garden not facilitating the adequate requirements for larger breeds of animals, and lap doggies not being permitted on the furniture. Unfortunately, there just isn't a way to control this aspect when hosting our special guests so we've understandably had to make the difficult decision to refuse this request.
10. Guests have full access to the entire property bar two private offices which will remain locked throughout. The 3 car parking garage also has storage cupboards which will remain locked.
