Located in Arniston, Listen to the Ocean is a self-catering unit which occupies the lower level of the owner’s residence, who lives upstairs. There is a private entrance for guests to use and the unit is perfectly located with uninterrupted sea views.
This unit can sleep 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains 2 single beds and the second bedroom is furnished with 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, separate toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s a dining table with chairs and the living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a flat-screen TV. Braai facilities are available and secure parking is available on the lawn in front of the house.
