Die huis was modern. In 'n veilige plek en daar was baie aktiwiteite.

Awesome, just a TV needed.

We enjoyed our time and would definitely return, subject to the above improvements.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful area. Loved the views and the trees surrounding the area. We enjoyed our stay at the lodge, with the owner readily available to respond and assist over WhatsApp. However, on the weekend we were there, there was a constant power outage. According to the owner, this was something very seldom in the area, outside of loadshedding. I want to point out a few things that could be improved on. 1. WiFi is very slow, but then again I understand that it might be due to the remote area that the lodge is in. 2. Perhaps consider having an iron for clothes; luckily for myself, I had ironed my clothes at home already. 3. Perhaps extra blankets, as it can get quite cold at night. 4. Consider the possibility of having a TV in one of the rooms. I loved that there wasn't a TV in the lounge, but we unfortunately missed out on the Springbok game. 5. We really struggled with warm water from the shower; I'm still unsure what the reason behind that was. Other than that, it's a beautiful home in a beautiful place. Perhaps just improve on the above.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review.

Regarding the electricity issue, it was indeed more widespread than just the Hermanus area, and unfortunately, it was beyond our control. This was an isolated incident due to Eskom, though we have installed solar panels for the geyser to help mitigate such challenges.

As for the iron, it's true that most holiday properties don't typically provide one, and we've mentioned on our website that it is unavailable.

In terms of the warm water, the system usually provides an ample supply. However, due to the way the water reticulation is installed, using cold water may affect the shower temperature, and we inform guests of this as a safety precaution. The water pressure and supply have since been resolved.

We'll certainly look into adding some extra blankets for comfort.

We've deliberately chosen not to install TVs, as highlighted on our website. The idea is to let our guests fully appreciate the tranquility and beauty of the lagoon and the surrounding milkwoods. However, if anyone wants to watch something, our WIFI allows easy access to streaming services.

We enjoyed our stay at Logde Riana, the host was friendly and very helpful. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely visit Lodge Riana again! This place is value for money.

Perfection.

Lodge Riana exceeded all of our expectations, can't speak for all the other cabins, however, this one is by far the best, neatest and most modern. Absolutely will be booking Lodge Riana again sometime very soon!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing little getaway. The place is really beautiful and the house contains everything that is needed. The place in which the lodge is situated is peaceful and there was even an entertainment area for the kids. Hans was also hands-on and always available when needed. Definitely worth the money spent.

Heerlik, gerieflik, baie netjies.

Lekker leefhuis met al die nodige toebehore. Baie netjies en skoon. Het swembad en tennisbane baie geniet en beïndruk deur die sekuriteit.
