Description
Longacres Bush Camp is situated on a working farm near Graaff-Reinet, alongside the Melk River under a canopy of thorn trees. It offers basic accommodation in a lovely setting, an ideal place to unplug and enjoy nature.
The cottage comprises 1 bedroom fitted with 3 single beds, a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The water is warmed by a gas geyser.
The kitchen has a gas oven and battery operated camping fridge as well as coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.
There is a boma with a keyhole fire pit where guests can enjoy a braai.
The house is completely off-the-grid and makes use of solar electricity.
Guests are welcome to walk and cycle on the property. There are some magnificent picnic and sundowner spots on the farm.
