Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must take note that no children under 5 years of age are allowed on the property.

Guests are requested to leave the facilities in the same condition as they were entrusted to them.

The facility manager has the right to visit the spa facility daily for maintenance purposes.

The use of the spa facilities, which include the swimming pool and Jacuzzi is for the use of the resident guests only.

No visitors will be allowed to use the facilities.

Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to use the Jacuzzi, but the heated pool is available under the strict supervision of the parents.

Children will not be allowed to run in the spa area or jump in the pool.

Pets are prohibited on the property.

The gym may be used free of charge by the resident guests.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to use the apparatus in the gym without adult supervision.

The salon is for the exclusive use of guests who have advance reservations.

Treatments can be booked by any person, whether guests or non-guests.

Spa treatments must be booked and paid 2 weeks prior to guests' arrival. These treatments are not included in the rates and are paid separately.

Additional cleaning services are available during weekdays at an additional cost, excluding holidays and weekends.

Gas heaters are available in winter at an additional cost of R340.
