Dear Sarah
We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Please note that we were not aware of the A/C which was switching off when it reached a temperature above 24 degrees. We immediately contacted our technician to come and look at it when you brought it to our attention. We try to save as much water as we can. There is no sign in the unit saying you may not take a bath. It says, "Please use the shower instead of the bath and help us save water". In most hotels, B&Bs, etc. you will see signs similar to our save water sign. We agree that the mould marks which were on the ceiling were unacceptable. We moved you to another unit to sort this out. We immediately used a mould remover which one can spray onto a surface and then wipe off. We cleaned the five spots quickly and with ease. There was a very small water leak by the connection of the handheld shower and the main tap to the bath. It only occurred when the handheld shower was in operation in the bath. The washer inside the tap was a little worn out and was replaced immediately. The person who used the unit the following day had no complaints. He is a regular customer to our establishment and was very happy with the unit. We have taken care of all the issues you have raised here. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.
