What an amazing getaway! My family and I had the absolute best weekend away at Metsi Metsi. The house was warm, clean and so beautiful. Each room has its own bathroom and the rooms are well spaced out so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The quaint coffee shop and the antique store were a pleasant surprise on arrival. We enjoyed watching game from the veranda (a countless variety of buck, monkeys, baboons, warthogs) and on our way out were greeted by a family of 7 giraffes- close enough to touch! The fireplace and boma kept us warm and toasty. The host was always a call away and very attentive and responsive! Daily walks down to the river for sundowners and a pleasant hike on the final day around the koppie. The kids even braved the chilly water and dipped in the pool a couple of times. I cannot recommend this place enough! We will definitely be back! Thank you Linda!
