Basic, ok-ish. Would rather not return. Hi, confusion over the entrance point to the estate caused a delay. The host was very helpful in sorting this out and helped to put our things in the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor via steep stairs - this should have been mentioned in the description. The parking space in the garage below ground is claustrophobic and narrow next to a pillar. We ended up parking in the visitor parking at ground level - also easier with fewer stairs.

Hi Boudewina. Thanks for your feedback. I always like knowing what I can improve upon or what I’m doing right so that I can continue doing it. The confusion at the entrance was due to having gone to the incorrect complex. I really can’t do much to change that one for the two complexes are not related in any way besides being on the same golf estate. Thanks for the suggestion to state that the complex is on the first floor; I have adjusted the welcome note. In the underground parking, a few big loaded bakkies have parked there with no problem as well. I wish there was something I could do to change this or move the pillar, but I can’t. As you’ve mentioned, if you park on top, you can park anywhere as a visitor, as long as there’s available parking space. It would be great to have you visiting again, but if you’re unable to, that’s completely understandable. As for helping with the luggage, I love it. It gives me a reason to dodge the gym for that particular day or the next day if I have gone already. So please, the more the luggage, the better for me. Take care ~Mini

Uitstekend en waarde vir geld. Ons het dit baie geniet. Die verblyf was baie lekker. Goeie privaatheid en sekuriteit. Sal dit graag weer wil kom.

All in all my stay was quite pleasant, thank you. Loved my stay at Mini Suits. Will definitely book again. Outside was a little dodgy with people walking past the fence. But inside was quite a different story.

Onvoldaan in verwagting. Vir een aand was dit genoeg. Eenheid is nie soos geadverteer nie. Baie verouderd en kort op knapping. Linne is stukkend. Gordyne kort hakkies om reg te hang, sukkel om oop en toe te maak. Eenheid kort lugversorging of waaiers. Geen handdoekreeling in badkamer.

Beste Annona. Baie dankie dat jy die tyd geneem het om jou terugvoer met ons te deel. Ek waardeer jou insette opreg en is baie jammer dat jou ervaring nie aan die standaard voldoen het wat ons streef om te bied nie. Aanvaar asb. my opregte verskoning vir enige ongerief tydens jou verblyf. Ten tye van jou besoek was ek met vakansie, maar ek neem volle verantwoordelikheid vir die tekortkominge wat jy ervaar het en sal hierdie kwessies dadelik aanspreek om toekomstige verbeteringe te verseker. Met betrekking tot die handdoekrelings: ons het voorheen een gehad wat gebroke het en 'n ander een wat ongelukkig gesteel is – albei insidente nie betrokke by gaste van hierdie platform nie. Om hierdie rede het ek besluit om die handdoeke netjies opgevou in die slaapkamers of badkamers te plaas. Ek verstaan egter dat handdoekrelings vir sommige gaste geriefliker is, en ek sal dit oorweeg om dit weer te installeer om die gaste-ervaring te verbeter. Nogmaals, baie dankie vir jou terugvoer, aangesien dit ons help om areas van verbetering te identifiseer. Dankie dat jy dit onder my aandag gebring het. Vriendelike groete, Mini

We had a wonderful stay. Nice big screen smart TV and fast internet. The owner is a young and upcoming host. He was very helpful and friendly and tried his utmost best to cater to all our needs.
