Mountainview Villa is a gorgeous self-catering holiday home nestled within the scenic Pecanwood Estate and the embrace of the Magaliesberg mountain range, Hartbeespoort Dam. This could be an ideal option for an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city as it is just a short drive away from Johannesburg and Pretoria.
This double-storey villa can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. Upstairs, the air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features plenty of cupboard space for guests’ luggage. A bath, shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the main en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a full-family bathroom. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The spacious living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a TV with DStv. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, this area has a bar and a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.
This living area opens onto a covered wooden deck with an outdoor dining table and a gas braai which is the perfect spot for a sundowner while overlooking the river. This property also spoils with an inviting swimming pool which is great for those hot summer days.
