Small, but comfortable, friendly, helpful and private!

We had a blocked shower. Mopped the floor so the water doesn't go on the laminated flooring. I immediately WhatsApped our host. Who was going to a gala event. She came back. Got a plumber. After it was fixed at about 7 o'clock at night, she made the effort to phone us during the gala event. To find out if it's fixed! Was so awesome.

Pleasant host.

Hand basin fittings need attention. Reported to the host. The room opens to the outside building, but it is unable to be locked when out due to a key problem. The room needs a large fan as the freestanding one in the room was completely inadequate when it was so hot.

I find it surprising that you felt unsafe as we reside in a 24-hour armed response security complex.

As for the cleanliness of the room, I feel it's necessary to note that we had to flush and scrub the toilet after you left it soiled.

Perhaps, the house wasn't ideally positioned in relation to your travelling itinerary. Please remember that the address was provided to aid your decision-making process.

Regarding customer service, I was unable to personally greet you as I was in a Zoom meeting; however, there was someone who attended to you.

That room has consistently received high ratings for its value for money. It seems that your expectations may have been different from others who have rated it highly.

Nie standaard waaraan ons gewoond is nie.

Matrasse knopperig en kante maak jou seer as jy op bed sit. Teëls in stort 'n probleem, want dit is seepglad. Toilet was sonder sitplek wat hulle op laaste probeer opsit het sonder enige sukses.
