Dear Zelma,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our apartment. We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Concerning your concern about the lack of burglar bars in the bathroom, we chose not to install them intentionally to maintain the unobstructed view, which we believe is a unique feature of our property. However, we fully acknowledge your concerns regarding child safety. Given your experience, we will make it a point to inform future guests with children about this aspect and encourage them to review the photos of the apartment for a clear understanding of the layout.
We acknowledge your comments about the spiral staircase. While structural changes to it are not feasible, we understand the importance of clear communication and will ensure that this feature is explicitly mentioned in our descriptions to inform potential guests beforehand.
I am concerned to hear about the issue with the white stains on the towels. Please rest assured that this does not represent our standard, and I will personally investigate this matter. We will increase our attention to detail in laundering and inspecting our linens to ensure that all items provided meet the highest standard.
In terms of the garage space, we apologise for any misunderstanding. We offer one parking spot in the garage, and as per the agreement made with your husband, it was utilised for the trailer. We regret that this arrangement did not fully meet your needs and will consider how we might better accommodate similar requests in the future.
We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we deeply apologise for any discomfort or inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable to us in our ongoing efforts to improve our service and facilities.
Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
Warm regards,
Tirion Jones
