My stay in was very enjoyable, Phillip was very helpful even though he wasn't around but he helped out on calls, all we needed was in the appointment, very clean and neat, I will give this appointment a 10/10. More to say, I will just recommend the place to anyone who needs a perfect comfort.

Pleasant and safe. It was a pleasant stay, sadly I couldn't stay longer.

Eenheid is binne baie netjies. Phillipp was baie gasvry en het ons geakkommodeer met ons aankoms- en vertrektye. Waarde vir geld.

Sweet and cozy. We had a fun-filled and jazz-filled weekend. Everything was within walking distance. Phillip is very caring and the accommodation absolutely perfect. The Company Gardens with restaurant is only 500 m from the accommodation if you need to wait out an early arrival or flight departure.

Great nightlife city location. We had a good stay and the location is perfect if you are looking for the nightlife of Cape Town as it is centrally located and close to all amenities and bus routes. The apartment is located above a street market and can be noisy early in the morning as they set up and then start breaking down from 16:00. All in all we would recommend this property.

Very nice stay, friendly host and ideal location. We had a wonderful stay at Namaqua House. Phillip was a fantastic host, always willing to assist us. The location is very central and a great spot to explore the city. The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Only negative was the parking situation (having to move our vehicle before 09:00 each morning and finding somewhere else to park). This does not allow for sleeping in. Small issue though, we had a wonderful time at Namaqua House.

Presies waarna ons gesoek het. Woonstel was perfek, het alles gehad wat ons benodig het en meer! Phillip was die perfekte gasheer, sal definitief weer daar bly!

Dit was fantasties. Ons wil graag vir Phillip bedank vir sy gasvryheid, ons het 'n wonderlike tyd gehad, het al reeds die plek vir vriende aanbeveel. Dit is baie netjies en gerieflik en sentraal geleë, sal graag weer daar wil bly in die toekoms.
