Uitstekende verblyf. Baie aangename ervaring gehad. Klientediens is uit die boonste rakke. Alles wat jy wil hê onder een dak. Kos in die restaurant was baie goed. PS vra oor die Happy Hour! Jessica in die restaurant verdien 'n pluimpie.

Lekker, gerieflik, huislik, skoon, gemaklik. Ons het ons verblyf terdeë geniet. Ons is vroeg die oggend gekontak om inkloktyd te bevestig, is super vriendelik ontvang en baie gasvry behandel.

Goeie oornagplek. Ons het 1 nag by Namaqua Lodge oorgebly op ons pad. Ons het lekker geëet in hul restaurant. Die verskeidenheid van plaaslike wyn was interessant. Die verblyf was basies, maar voldoende. Die personeel was vriendelik en hulpvaardig.

Not okay. The room smelled like a drainpipe all the time. The air conditioner was installed very low against the wall. The air blew on top of us because the lid was missing.

Good morning Lutz, Firstly, I want to thank you for your review. We always appreciate all reviews, good or bad. Without reviews, we will not know how to better our service to our clients. Thank you for bringing the situation of the drainpipe to our attention. This was an unforeseen situation that we had no control over as it was caused by a blocked drain, but please be assured that this situation has been attended to and has been resolved. We are very sorry that you felt the air conditioning to be insufficient. Our temperatures in this region do get extremely hot and thus we have found that if the air conditioning is installed lower, rather than higher the guests do appreciate it more as it is more efficient. We apologise for the fact that the air conditioning blew directly onto your bed. We noticed after your complaint that someone actually broke off the flap on the air conditioning. We did not have prior knowledge of this and it is something that we cannot do anything about. The company that manufactured that specific air conditioning does not exist anymore and the parts are no longer available. The only option we have now is to replace the entire air conditioning and this is not a cost-effective solution at this stage. We are saddened by the fact that you had some unpleasant experiences, but truly do hope that the rest of your stay was a good experience. Fantastiese diens en vriendlikheid. Ons het baie lekker gebly. Klonte diens was absoluut buitengewoon! Al die personeel was vriendelik, bedag saam en behulpzaam!

Soos reeds genoem. Ons bespreking en ontvangs was baie goed. Die kamers was netjies en skoon, maar ons was 'n groep van 14 (10 volwassenes en 4 kinders tussen 9 en 13 jaar). Almal wat in kamer nr. 1 geslaap het, het waarskynlik net helfte van die aand geslaap indien so baie. Die pype in die mure raas die hele nag deur! WiFi was ook nie goed nie.
