We had a lovey stay. Loved the hot tub. Needs more pillows, and upgraded bathrooms.

Baie lekker gebly. Alle personeel so vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons het net oornag gebly. Ons is met baie vriendelikheid en hulpvaardigheid hanteer. Oornag verblyf was baie gerieflik. Het die Jacuzzi so geniet!

Almal was baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Net 'n voorstel: Elke bed het slegs 1 kussing per persoon en daar was nie 'n ekstra kombers in 'n kas nie. Nie dat mens normaalweg ekstra komberse in Phalaborwa nodig het nie, maar daar was 'n kouefront. Ons het andersins heerlik gebly.

The stay was pleasant and the facilities were good, i.e. braai, etc. The 2 staff members were very pleasant, and the breakfast was nice. The unit needs a good clean: curtains, windows, cupboards, etc.

Lekker akkommodasie op 'n stil plek in die bos. Die chalets is goed toegerus, maar let daarop dat daar geen televisies is nie. Die ontbyt wat ingesluit is, was heerlik en dit word vars voorberei. Die personeel doen hulle bes met wat tot hulle beskikking is, is hulpvaardig en vriendelik. Die swembad is baie mooi en 'n lafenis in die hitte van die bosveld. Ek het my verblyf daar baie geniet.

Ontbyt het opgemaak vir die slegte kamer. Die badkamer se ligte werk nie en die badkamer het nie deure nie. Die plek is bietjie afgeleef en word nie regtig onderhou nie. Die ontbyt was regtig lekker.

Thank you for your review, it's much appreciated. It took us (the owners, stuck overseas due to COVID situation globally) a while to get the incident right, in order for us to reply to your comments, which we definitively would like to apologize for. Apparently the sliding door to the bathroom was handed in for repair, and forgotten, the room you stayed in is with sliding door to make an easier access for disabled (wheelchairs especially). The globes we use in the bathroom are LED, they are not working nicely, so we have changed all of them, not that it will affect your experience, which is unfortunate, and we are sorry about. Dit was aangenaam en rustig, maar deur die aand was ons rus versteur deur lawaai uit die eenheid naaste aan diep kant van die swembad. Die betrokke gaste was vanaf omtrent 23:00 tot 04:00 uiters luidrugtig. Ons was op pad om diens in Kruger Wildtuin te gaan doen, so dit was dus 'n teleurstellende begin tot ons projek.

Thank you so much for your review, and for staying with us. We do apologize sincerely about the noisy neighbours on the plot next to ours. Unfortunately, they held their party during your stay (usually we can brag with the calm and quiet location in the bush), it was rather difficult, and out our control, to calm them, as their party was not on our premises.

Fasiliteit was onvoorbereid, onnet en karig voorsien van eetgerei, beddegoed en beligting. Kaste was vol stof en spinnerakke. Die bestuur het wel toe moeite gedoen om sake te beredder maar eerste indrukke bly maar blywend. Die personeel was deurgaans vriendelik en hulpvaardig en het klagtes vinnig hanteer.
