Cool and chilled place. We had the most enjoyable time during our stay.

A great sea breakaway. As a family of 10, we enjoyed the facilities that the house provided, which included a large pool, a well-sized outdoor veranda with a view of the ocean, great braai facilities, a picturesque tropical garden, and enough parking for multiple vehicles. The house is located within walking distance from a private and secluded beach which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Oasis on the Beach is too far from where things are happening and there are no activities. The area has problems with electricity, water, and network. The house needs serious renovations, especially the roofing. The kitchen was full of water when it was raining on Monday (16 Oct). We had to mop the kitchen because of the water, and in the other bedroom, we had to move the bed because of the rain. The water was coming from the roof and ceiling. There was no WiFi.

Hi Seipati, The establishment has always been advertised as being located in Blythedale as per the map location. If you had any questions as to how far it was from where you wanted to be, I would have advised you not to book the place. We addressed the concerns you had almost immediately, so I am a little confused as to why you never mentioned to myself or the handyman with regards to the severe water leakage you are mentioning. With regards to the electricity, it was a neighborhood electrical outage. The Inverter setup kept you up and running, but due to the circuits being overloaded, it tripped. I sent someone out ASAP, within 3Omin of you saying there was no power, and noted the Inverter had tripped. He flipped it back on and you had power again. With Regards to Wi-Fi, We have never mentioned offering this as a service to the establishment. It's a big pity you rated the location as 2 because you didn't realize and didn't ask about any kind of proximity to the activities you wanted to be near.

Hi Kelly, Thank you for the feedback, Please note with regards to the complaint about the wifi and aircon, We never offered it anywhere on Lekkeslaap in the description nor in the amenities offered. IF you had asked me before, I would of advised as such that these are not amenities that are offered. The Security is offered by the High walls, electric gate and armed response... I am not really sure as to what other security we could offer? With Regards to the lights, when you mentioned it to me on the night of arrival, I did respond straight away and got someone out immediately to go and check and sort it out. As mentioned at the time, the globes could of popped during the loadshedding, and unfortunately this is beyond our control, and can only fix the aftermath. With Regards to the freezer, it was in Full working condition, however, I can only safely assume, that this appliance also got damaged during one of the many loadshedding times there are. This is unfortunately not a quick and easy fix. I am not sure as to why I only got a 1 rating on customer service, as I was in constant contact with you whenever you had a question to ask and answered you accordingly.. I unsure on the 2 rating for cleanliness as you never mentioned any issues with regards to the state of the villa. The domestic helper did come on the Saturday to assist you as well.

Relaxing. We enjoyed our stay at Oasis on the Beach. Lovely place for families or just friends. The beach is a few hundred metres way.

It's a beautiful and comfortable house. The place is quiet which is suitable for relaxation. The place is quiet, beautiful and comfortable. You feel safe in the house. The place is near a quiet beach. It's a good getaway house.
