Description
Ocean Breeze Cottage Langezandt offers self-catering accommodation in the popular Langezandt Fisherman's Village, a private estate along the beachfront of Struisbaai. The property is within a 4 minute walk to the stunning beach as well as shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area.
The tastefully furnished cottage comprises 4 bedrooms and is ideal for a family of 4 adults and 2 to 4 children over the age of 4. We accept a maximum of 6 adults per stay. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and located on the ground floor, while the other 2 rooms are both loft rooms that are accessed by a staircase. The bedrooms on the ground floor are furnished with queen-size beds. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The loft bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and use a separate bathroom on the ground floor that is fitted with a shower. NB One of the loft rooms is accessed by an outside staircase only and the other by a steep indoor staircase!.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove-top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The open-plan living area has a comfy lounge suite, an 8-seater dining table, a fireplace, and a separate bar counter with the second fridge-freezer. There is Wi-Fi and a back-up UPS but NO WORKING TV. The property boasts a lovely pool where guests can cool off, an outdoor sitting and dining area for 8, a covered braai area, a double garage with snooker and ping pong table, 2 small kayaks for use and a large, enclosed garden.
Activities and attractions in the area include kite surfing, surfing, angling, swimming, and the southern most tip of Africa in Cape Agulhas.
