Ocean Pearl @ 8 - ruimte en gemak. Ons het baie lekker geslaap. Die tuimeldroër en wasmasjien was baie welkom, ons swemhanddoeke kon gereeld gewas en gedroog word.

Very disappointing. The following points were found to be disappointing and unsatisfactory, during our stay: 1. The rooms had not been cleaned properly for a while. When I moved the beds to make them or to use the plug, there was so much filth, lost toys, lost jewellery, under the bed. 2. This is not a pet friendly establishment. There was a tiny fence that ran around the one side of the garden, however, there was no gate. My dog (11 months old) had to be in the house constantly and we had to ensure that she did not run out as none of the houses have fences. We could not sit in the garden without having my dog on a lead or keeping her inside. This was an extreme annoyance. 3. We were charged for a three bedroom unit, however, the third bedroom is separate to the apartment and was not made up. We were not given keys for the third bedroom. I therefore feel we should be charged for a two bedroom apartment. 4. The fact that the owners live upstairs is not divulged in the description. If I had known this, I would not have booked this establishment. Their dogs yap at inappropriate hours in the morning. 5. The apartment reeks of damp. There is much condensation on the windows in the morning. We had to leave our windows open at night to avoid this and hoped that we would not be bitten by mosquitoes. Clothes in the cupboards feel damp when taking them out and putting them on. There is so much mould on the ceilings, especially in the bedrooms. This is a health hazard! My son had a persistent cough which I am hoping is not linked to the mould. The apartment gets no sun which makes it cold and dark. This was not a holiday apartment we enjoyed staying in.
