Description
Enjoying sea views from the large deck, Ocean View is a lovely self-catering holiday home for up to 8 people in Pringle Bay, and is situated just 300 m from the beach.
The double-storey house comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on the first floor, the main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. The room also opens onto the deck. Please note that uncapped Wi-Fi is and available for streaming with your own Netflix account, there is no DStv.
The other 3 rooms are located on the ground floor, and is reached by a beautiful teak staircase. One of the rooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the fourth room, is furnished with 2 single beds; these rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. For convenience, linen, bath towels, duvet inners, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are provided. Guests must please need to bring beach towels.
The living area is located on the first floor and comprises a kitchen that is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, and a scullery contains the fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table, or relax in front of the indoor braai area or the lounge. The living area also opens onto the large deck, and outdoor braai facilities are available for use. WiFi is only available on request and at an extra cost.
The village of Pringle Bay is surrounded by a variety of fynbos and a variety of bird and animal life can be seen when exploring the area. The bay offers swimming, snorkeling, and between June to December whales can also be seen.
