Right next to the yacht club, so felt like millionaires enjoying the atmosphere and scenery as soon as we left the property, while staying very comfortably in a budget friendly shared house. Old Cape. We just used the place to sleep in as we spend most of our time at Ocean Mist with our family. However on Saturday and Monday morning we awoke to what sounded like arguing or loud telephonic conversations from the main house which was extremely unpleasant. Also, the main bedroom is against what seems to be the kitchen of the main house and due to there being a door that separates the 2 sections, noise travels so we could hear their conversations in the kitchen which is disturbing especially early in the morning.
