Rustig en sentraal. Orchards Guest House is 'n baie oulike en gerieflik ingerigte. Dit is lekker sentraal geleë tussen al die wynplase, maar ver genoeg uit die dorp dat mens die stilte kan hoor. Ons sal Orchards Guest House graag aanbeveel.

Sentraal geleë naby wynplase en restaurante. Dis 'n oulike plekkie op 'n olyfplaas. Nie geskik vir 'self catering' nie. Daar is geen WiFi nie. Dit is lekker naby aan verskeie wynplase en restaurante. Ideale plek vir die winter want daar is 'n kaggel, verhiting en elektriese warmkomberse.

Hi Melinda. Thank you so much for the review. It was wonderful to host you. The house does have WiFi, but as I explained to you, the tower was down due to storm damage. Unfortunately, this happens from time to time in rural areas. Being a studio apartment, it is not set up for complete self-catering. There is, however, all you need to braai, warm takeaways, or make a quick breakfast. I hope we see you again soon.

Hi Lisa, thank you so much for your review. I am sorry you thought the accommodation didn’t offer 5 stars for value. It has percale linen, electric blankets, a fireplace, local handmade bathroom amenities, as well as a coffee station with homemade rusks. I believe it is definitely worth the price I charge. Similar accommodation in Tulbagh over the festival were charging double that and also insisted on a two-night stay. I hope you will visit again.

Goeie plek. Die plek is baie netjies en perfek uitgelee. Dit was net hartseer dat die eenheid geen toegang vir 'n rolstoel het nie. Die stort oor die bad is ook moeilik vir ouer gaste. Die bad kan ook slegs gebruik word wanneer dit met die stortkraan gevul word.

Hi Maria. Thank you so much for staying with me. I am so sorry you needed wheelchair access and didn’t let me know. I used to travel a lot with someone who required it and would confirm with the establishment before booking. Had you asked, I would have let you know that my unit is not disabled friendly and I don’t advertise it as such. I work hard to provide a neat, comfortable and safe place for guests to stay at a very reasonable rate in comparison to most other venues in Tulbagh. I know you asked for a discounted rate, and I am sorry I could not offer you one as the Tulbagh Show weekend is a very busy one and most accommodation in Tulbagh was fully booked.
