Baie goeie ligging en mense is baie behulpsaam, asook vriendelik. Aan Annette en span baie dankie vir 'n lekker kuier, en dankie dat julle altyd bereid is om te help en raad te gee waar julle kan. Almal is baie vriendelik en ek sal definitief weer daar oorbly.

Ons verblyf was awesome. Ons gasvrou se diens was uitstekend. Ons kamer was mooi skoon en ons bed was soos myne by die huis. Sal definitief weer daar bly.

Uitstekende waarde vir geld. Ons sal dit enige tyd sonder enige voorbehoud of voorwaarde aanbeveel. Ons is op die hande gedra. Geen moeite is ontsien om ons verblyf so aangenaam as moontlik te maak. Ons is ook spesiaal bederf op ons troudagherdenking.

Onvergeetlik en ontbyt is 5 sterre. Ek soek altyd 'n lodge of klein gastehuis vir verblyf, natuurlik bekostigbaar en ontbyt 'n groot moet. My privaatheid is belangrik en stil area is altyd welkom. Weereens baie dankie.

Amazing. I phoned them the Friday to tell them my plans to propose and they had a lovely setup in the room with roses and sparkling wine, Annette was very excited as well but she was an amazing host and we really enjoyed our weekend away.

Very satisfied with everything. Pleasant welcome on arrival by the hostess. The room was very nice and had all the amenities that we needed. All in all a very pleasant night's stay.

Just needed a place to stay overnight. Name sounded romantic. The view from the room was of a broken motorcycle stuffed under a bush. No views of the mountain or of Paarl from the room. Load shedding is a problem we all face but hopefully better than this. the 'security' gate for the vehicles that parked outside our room was disconnected. Just manually push it open and close. Maybe it's not a high-risk area, but if anyone just pushed the gate open at any time, it's not much security. In the morning, while the power was on, there was no hot water for the bath or shower. Maybe load shedding knocked off some settings, but that should be something that had been sorted by now already. Price was acceptable for a bed for the night, but that's about all going for the place.

Dear Mark, This is very strange as we have not had complaints about any of this before. The gate is always on automatic at night time. We have only experienced cold water one morning when the geyser tripped, sorry it was on the day you stayed. It is quite difficult not to see the famous Paarl Rock from your room and the herb garden, sorry you missed it. I hope you enjoyed the rest of Paarl and will visit our beautiful town again.
