Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Cleaning services are included on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 09:00 - 12:00. If additional cleaning is required out of these days, a charge of R350 per day will be charged.
Washing and ironing of personal items is an additional cost of R200 per bundle. Alternatively, there is a public laundromat in the Pecanwood Estate.
