Always a great stay. It was a great visit. My 4th visit to East London and I always use this place to stay.

The place was perfect. But would have been perfect without dogs. We enjoyed the place, it was perfect. We enjoyed it, its also safe and beautiful.

We are indeed very sorry that tour stay with us was not what you were expecting. As you experienced with our parking we are a very busy B&B and our other reviews show that our guests like what we have got to offer. Should you ever stay with us again we will give you a substantial reduction on your rate.

Teleurstellend. Die verblyf was nie op standaard nie. Die foto's en die website is baie misleidend. Dis nie 'n gemaklike, netjiese blyplek nie.

Hi Charles, we are indeed sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. As you know there were things that were out of our control and because of this we did offer you, in the beginning, a full refund so that you could find something else. However you declined our offer and decided to take the room as it was. Needless to say, we certainly would have liked the outcome to be a better one but circumstances did not permit it.

We must apologise for your poor experience. It was unfortunate that as we explained at the time we do not offer or advertise three-quarter beds. Our advert clearly states single beds. The other room that was offered to you as an alternative had a double bed and a full sized double sleeper couch. We do feel that your low rating is harsh in view of the fact that we were not at fault with your booking and that rating should rather be directed at TravelGround/LekkerSlaap who handled your reservation. We are proud of the value for money that we offer as is shown in the many other favourable reviews that we receive. The other important point that you omitted to say was that we did not quibble in giving you a full cash refund. Once again apologies for all the hassles.

Service was Excellent! From arrival until departure, everything was on point. Place was clean and the garden was beautiful. Any time I'm in East London, Portside Inn is where you will find me.

Naby alles wat dit maklik maak om gou oral uit te kom. Die hekke met die slotte maak dit baie veiliger, maar die hekke met die slotte raas net baie.
