Skoon, outyds, see uitsig.

Lekker outydse tipe hotel met vriendelike personeel. Mooi uitsig oor die see. Die kamers is effens klein en het nie 'n yskas nie. Dit maak 'n verskil as mens bietjie langer wil bly.

Nothing Premium about this hotel except the price.

Booked for my anniversary, did not even receive a complimentary drink (you guys need to learn from the industry leaders in the business). Was asked to pay the difference (the discount that was received) upon arrival. Stated that the amount was paid in full prior to arrival. Room was small, furniture dated. Did not have an adaptor to plug in the cellphone charger. Had to risk charging the phones in the bathroom. First morning we left the room at 10:00, returned at 22:30 to the room in the exact same condition that I left it in, despite displaying the "make up room" tag. The room was not serviced at all. The housekeeping attendant even stated that they would replace the towels and come to service the room in the morning. I requested another room and an hour later was put into another room. No apologies received, and no managers' communication about the incident as promised the evening prior. Put into the second room, and the bathtub does not function. What a spoiler! Rooms are small, bathrooms even smaller, and not like what was portrayed. Don't expect any amenities either, I did not bring polish and a shoe brush, and the hotel did not even have a shoe kit (again, learn from the hospitality experts). Could get much better at the same or lower rates. Extremely disappointed.

Thank you so much for your feedback, albeit a rather disappointing read. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive any feedback or contact from management. I will look into where the communication gap occurred in this matter. We do have adaptors available from reception for various plugs and charging purposes. However, I am also pleased to advise that while we are undergoing refurbishments this winter, we will also be installing additional plug points which include USB charging points into the rooms.

It would seem there were several areas where we dropped the ball, and please rest assured that these will all be addressed with the relevant departments and corrective measures will be taken.

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful including the security staff.

Netjies en veilig.

Alles was goed en reg. Ons het bietjie gesukkel om ons bagasie met 'n trap op te dra waar die motor onder die hotel parkeer was tot by die hysbak. Ek kan nie onthou dat iemand hulp aangebied het nie.

My sincerest apologies that our parking facilities does not have a ramp nor a lift to ease the process of getting your luggage from your vehicle to the ground floor. We do have porters on duty. It is a possibility that they could have been busy assisting someone else. Your comment do highlight a very valid point and I will make sure to inform and re-address the importance of preempting the needs of guests and being more vigilant.

Baie lekker, goedgeplaaste verblyf, goeie ontbyt, goeie personeel, lekker gemaklike kamer.

Ons het klein klagte gehad, wat dadelik opgelos is. Goeie skoon bed, genoeg spasie. Dit is die 2se keer wat ons daar bly, ons sal beslis weer gaan.

Rustig, lekker en pragtige uitsig.

Ons het baie lekker gekuier by die Premier Hotel. Die diens was uitstekend gewees. Die kamer se uitsig oor die see was iets besonders. Twee voorstelle aan hulle of bietjie slegter ervarings. My voertuig moes een aand buite in die straat staan omdat hulle nie genoeg parkering onderdak gehad het nie. Die TV-kanale is ook baie min of van te kies en nie regtig enige iets wat ons wou kyk nie.

Standaardkamers is baie donker en klein. Omtrent geen TV-kanale nie. Lugreëling, onder gebou se parkeerplek. Netjies en skoon.

Really enjoyed the deck with view on sea and Sea Point promenade.

Enjoyed a wonderful Saturday night buffet dinner at the hotel and the breakfasts were also very, very good.

Het beter verwag.

Parkering was 'n kwessie. Besige systraat en nie veilig om voertuig in straat te parkeer nie so dit was my grootse kwessie, kelderparkering kan ook nie gereserveer word nie, baie swak - moet in nag buite stop en dan iemand gaan soek om te hoor of daar plek is, verwag meer vann 4 ster-plek. Ontbyt was op die webblad ingesluit en met aankoms het hotel weer gesê dit is addissioneel ( Nog R400 vir 2 persone) so weet nie wie die skuldige is nie - webblad of Hotel?

Thank you for your feedback and review. Apologies if you found the parking to have been a challenge. Due to the few spaces available we do offer parking on a first come first serve basis. The streets of Sea Point in specific is CCTV monitored 24/7 and the Sea Point City Improvement District officials are always visible, hence we do not have any vehicle break-in and petty crime in this area. The breakfast including or Room only rate is a choice made by the booker so it could have been a small miss-click that caused you to possibly book Room only, thinking you booked a bed and breakfast option. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.
