Again we apologize for any inconvenience. But your personnel were not the best group to have around. They couldn't read or follow the basic directions or Google Maps location. They were supposed to book in at 08:00 am on Friday. They started calling us every 10 minutes from 21:00 until 03:00 Saturday morning because they did not know where to go. Our manager and his wife spent the whole night calling, sending locations, and even went out of their way, out of business hours, and on their own personal resources to go get them. In the middle of the early morning hours in a dangerous part of town. Once they finally arrived with our manager and his wife on the premises, they were inconsiderate of other guests and blasted loud music even after they were asked nicely to turn the music down a bit. Not even to turn it of. The next morning Everyone ate the ENTIRE breakfast. They used the amenities until 14:00 on Saturday and then requested a full refund for the following reasons.
The swimming pool was dirty. 1. It was not dirty, the light grey color is a result of the bad weather mixed with the chlorine that was added the morning of.
A leaking fossette. The fossette is not leaking the owner himself did an inspection on all of the rooms before their arrival and after their departure. The water seen in the picture is water that was spilled on the sink itself, not leakage.
The rusty chairs by the swimming pool. These are only for the antique decor of the place and not for use. There are plastic chairs with covers available for use.
Lastly, you requested a full refund after all of the "inconvenience" you had to experience but you called us at 22:00 on Saturday evening to ask if you could come back. If it was such an inconvenience why would you want to come back.
Let us know if there is anything that we could have done better to accommodate you. I just think your comment is out of pocket as you personally were not present.
