Description
Ripples Beach House is a beautiful double-story house that is the perfect holiday house and caters to larger families as well as golf tour groups. This holiday home is located in a prime position on the River Kowie.
This house has a sleeping capacity of 14 guests and comprises 7 en-suite bedrooms, 2 kitchen areas, 2 lounge areas, and 3 garages. There are 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs that share an en-suite bathroom, and 5 bedrooms downstairs. The main bedroom upstairs is furnished with a queen-size bed and the adjoining bedroom has 2 single beds. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. The other 5 bedrooms are all downstairs and are furnished with either a double bed or 2 single beds. 2 of the rooms share an en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The upstairs and downstairs kitchen areas are equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing machine and dishwasher for guests to make use of.
The main living area upstairs features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The lounge has comfy couches, and a TV, which allows for DStv to be watched, however, guests are required to bring their own decoder and card. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Additionally, this house spoils with a lovely fireplace to spend the cold nights. The lounge area walks out onto an indoor braai area and opens onto the lovely patio that boasts a weber braai and views of the marina. The living room downstairs has comfortable couches and dining space.
This property has ample off-street parking and 3 garages and is fully secured with a 24-hour interior and exterior alarm system.
