All in all, not a nice experience.

Our booking through the website was easy and the service was excellent. But as far as Rockwell 312 by CTHA is concerned, the service was poor. Our host was late, her keys did not fit the door, we had to wait outside the flat for the maintenance person to unlock the door, she asked for an additional amount of ZAR 1049, 78, while I pre-paid the full amount, the bed was not made when we opened the flat, the WiFi did not work until we bought a voucher two days later, the couches are worn out, one of the bed lamps did not have a globe and there was no two-point plug for the hairdryer. All in all, not a nice experience. The only positive was the position of the flat right between the Waterfront and CT inner city.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at

Wonderful apartment. Everything was perfect for our visit and staff were really helpful and friendly. I am guaranteed to visit again as we had a fantastic holiday.
