Awful. I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay at Rondebosch Guest House. We stayed in rooms 4 and 5, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The bathrooms were outside the rooms, which was inconvenient. The TV in our room was not working at all. The air conditioning was also non-functional. The bathrooms were dirty, and it was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before our arrival. Considering these issues, our stay was not worth the money spent, and we are very disappointed. We hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your service.

Overall good. Location is ideal. I will stay here again. The property is a bit run down and the room needs a bit of TLC. But the bed was comfy and the linen clean.

Not nice. A lot needs to be done in the guesthouse. It would also be better if they could decrease their rates. To charge R1100 per night for that place is really not worth it.

Unbelievably disgusting - I want my money back. It was the dirtiest place, linen was smelly and the white pillows were stained. The walls, surfaces and floors were also stained and dirty. There were brown stains on the bath towels, and one of the rooms only had a swim towel. There were cockroaches everywhere, and clearly there were permanent residents on the premises.
