The facility is beautiful, but customer service lacking. The facility is beautiful, but there are a few issues that needs attention. Only one toilet roll was placed for the weekend. No complimentary soap for bathrooms. The flat wasn't cleaned over the weekend. Cleaning of the stove and the cupboards were shocking. Put-put charges are R10 per game, compared to other facilities where it is for free. Reception staff on Saturday was very unfriendly. For such a beautiful facility the electrical appliances are substandard. The Braai wasn't cleaned after the first night. We had to check out at 08:00, the industry standard is10:00. At 08:00 nobody was at reception.
