Had a lovely weekend away.

The villa was perfect for a couple, has everything you need and more. Will definitely be staying at Villa 2514 again. Beautiful villa with all the comforts you need.

Beautiful venue with so much to do!

We really enjoyed our stay at San Lameer Villa 2514. It had everything we needed, was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Every day we picked different on-site activities, plus a daily beach visit. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely unit and resort.

The only negative is the lack of services, specifically water - which results from a lack of municipal maintenance of infrastructure. Half of our stay was without piped water - spare water was provided by San Lameer in containers.

Unfair deduction of breakage deposit.

I strongly advise against considering any property managed by Top Destinations. Our experience was nothing short of infuriating, as they deducted a whopping R750 from our breakage deposit for a cracked window on the outside. This window is accessible to everyone and is susceptible to damage from garden maintenance, making it utterly unreasonable to expect tenants to conduct daily inspections of the property. If we had been explicitly instructed to monitor the building and windows regularly, we would have been more vigilant. However, Top Destinations failed to communicate this crucial information, leaving us blindsided and frustrated. Adding to the frustration, it took Top Destinations weeks to respond to my query, further highlighting their lack of concern for tenant issues. This negligence has left an indelibly sour taste in my mouth. I strongly caution against booking this unit or any property owned by the same landlord or managed by Top Destinations. Save yourself the headache and frustration; look elsewhere for a more responsible and tenant-friendly management company, in saying that LekkeSlaap always provides good customer service.

We appreciate your concern regarding the deduction from the breakage deposit and understand the frustration this may have caused. Upon careful review of the situation, we want to clarify that the decision was not made arbitrarily, but rather based on substantial evidence.

The photograph provided during our communication with you clearly depicts the laptop bag standing against the window, directly in front of the crack. Notably, there was no mention of the crack during the arrival inspection or upon departure. It is important to understand that our information folder clearly states that all damages must be reported promptly. The window in question is a main exit of the unit, thus, it is unlikely that any external services, such as garden maintenance, would have caused the damage without notice.

In regards to the communication delay, our records indicate that we did make efforts to call you, but you were unfortunately unavailable to answer.

In an effort to resolve this issue amiably, we have sent you the replacement invoice totalling R1850. To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, Top Destinations is generously covering the majority of the cost at R1100. We assure you that we have made substantial efforts to accommodate your concerns and we have aimed to meet you halfway and beyond.

We understand the importance of a positive experience for our guests, and we remain dedicated to addressing any further questions or concerns you may have. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Wonderful week away with our little girl.

It was our first beach holiday with our little girl, and the villa was perfect for us as a family. Lovely comfy king-sized bed. They also supplied us with a 25l bottle of water as there were water issues in the area. The Villa was serviced every second day which was great.

Netjiese en veilige verblyf vir 'n klein gesin.

Die oord is veilig, bied baie om te doen en is uitstekend vir kinders. Die private strand is 'n groot pluspunt. Die eenheid self is pragtig, word daagliks skoongemaak en het 'n klomp luukshede (aircon, WiFi, DStv). Ons is ook baie beïndruk met die diens wat ons ontvang het vanaf Top Destinations wat die eenheid bestuur.

Eenheid is ruim vir 'n paartjie (2 mense), pragtig uiteengesit en dekor mooi. Eenheid was ook perfek skoon en netjies. Lekkerste rus!

Ons het 'n baie lekker rustydjie gehad!

Die eenheid is bitter goed toegerus, dit maak die verblyf daar 'n plesier! Enigste klein teleurstelling was dat die eenheid geen uitsig van enige aard het. Foto's was bedrieglik en ons het 'n uitsig oor die mooi golfbaan verwag. Ten spyte hiervan het ons geen klagtes en ons het die tydjie daar baie geniet!

Rustig, ontspanne, veilig binne loop afstand van alles

Het n probleem met die kluisslot gehad en die eienaar het die nodige aandag daaraan gegee Hellen wat die eenheid se bediende het het puik diens gelewer
