San Lameer Villa 3114 is located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18 hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 magnificent blue flag beaches.

The air-conditioned villa can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The en-suite bathrooms are fitted with showers and a bath. Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The multi-storey villa also has a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The dining area has seating for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels.

The living area opens up onto an undercover patio area which has an outdoor dining table, a dry bar and braai facilities. The villa has sun loungers, and the features a private swimming pool.
