We had a reasonable stay and I think it's thanks to the management team. San Marino is located in a nice area with access to the beaches. However, the driveway up to the parking is the first thing that is pretty daunting. It's steep and curves as you get to the top and takes a bit of getting used to. An inexperienced driver will have issues getting to the parking. The place itself lacked all the necessary items that one would need for a relaxing holiday. There is no dishwasher. The cutlery was limited. The crockery was a mixed bag, due to regular replacements. The portable clothes line was inadequate. The floors were sticky - I guess due to the sea air. We had to hire our own cleaners. If it is to accommodate 6 people, we need better pots, pans, etc. Ideally, it would be great if it was serviced more regularly rather than once every 8 days. The management staff were very supportive and helped us with resolving our problems. However, if the place was well equipped, this wouldn't be necessary. Linen and towels are limited. The kitchen sink has a leak which needs to be fixed ASAP before the cupboards get ruined and it starts to smell.
