It is a unit in a quiet complex so no parties or loud music is allowed.
The self-catering apartment is serviced once a week.
A laundry and ironing service is available at an additional cost. There is a self-help, coin-operated laundry, and drier facility in the complex. Guests can ask the housekeeper for assistance with personal laundry at an additional cost.
A long stay discount is available for a monthly rate.
