SANParks Augrabies Rest Camp
Description
There are 40 campsites with electrical points. Each campsite can accommodate up to 6 campers and 1 vehicle. Extra vehicles are charged an additional fee per night. The campsites have use of clean shared ablutions facilities as well as a communal kitchen, laundry and ironing room.

As outdoor lighting in camps is limited, a torch/headlamp is required when walking outside at night.
Hikers on day and overnight trails must always carry sufficient water.
Pets are not allowed in a National Park.
Malaria prophylactics and mosquito repellents are a good precaution. Malaria has been historically recorded in the area but is not very prevalent. Please consult your chemist/doctor to alleviate any concerns.
3 swimming pools are available for residents use, and the pool hours are as follows:
October to March - 6h30am to 7h30pm
April to September - 7h30am to 5h30pm
Visitors need to bring their own swimming towels.

Description
The Oranjekom Gorge Cottage is a secluded cottage with a breathtaking view. This cottage is absolutely unique as it is located beneath the viewpoint of the spectacular Oranjekom Gorge, offering unrivalled vistas of the Orange River flowing 240 m below. The cottage can accommodate up to 2 guests, and has an open-plan layout. The bedroom area contains a double bed. There is a couch, a 2-seater dining table and chairs, and a kitchen that is equipped with a hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Outside, there is a braai facility. The cottage has use of a separate ablution facility, 30 m away, that contains a shower, a toilet and washbasin. Note that this unit is situated approximately 10km from the main camp and restaurant by gravel road.
