Description
Sea Breeze Wilderness is a self-catering Luxury Villa tucked away within a secure estate, occupying a sought-after position in Wilderness and the Garden Route. The double-storey beachfront holiday house boasts views over the endless blue-flag beach and the vast Indian Ocean.
It comprises four en-suite bedrooms, all tastefully furnished with special features including heated towel rails and underfloor heating. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi spa bath with sea views and a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom each fitted with a corner bath, shower, toilet and basin. The remaining bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over bath, toilet and basin.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven with a stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, ample built-in cupboards, and other appliances to use. The stylish open-plan, sea-facing living area offers a lounge with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV with full package DStv and DVD player, an 8-seater dining table as well as a second lounge with another wood-burning fireplace.
These spaces open onto a deck with amazing sea views, a large outdoor dining table and a swimming pool with sun loungers. There is an additional sheltered deck on the opposite side of the house with a 4-seater table and lovely garden views.
The house offers complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi and there is a full inverter system for loadshedding.
Dolphins and whales entertain guests from the comfort of the abode. Guests can use the swimming pool on hot summer days which has a safety net for children, relax on the sundeck, and enjoy a social sunset braai.
The village centre, with a variety of top restaurants and shops, is a mere 5-minute drive away whilst the 5-star Views Boutique Hotel & Spa, with an on-site restaurant, gym and wellness centre for use is within walking distance.
Sea Breeze Villa is ideal for families, groups of friends travelling together, golfers and business executives.
