Description
Sea Cottage 126 is situated in Mossel Bay and offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities and attractions.
The double-storey self-catering unit comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms of which 1 bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bedroom a double bed. The 2 rooms are divided by a wardrobe. The ground floor has a bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin and another separate guest toilet with a toilet and basin. The main bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. A sliding door opens to the deck with a great sea view.
The open-plan kitchen is on the ground floor and is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, chest freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a breakfast table with 4 chairs. There is also a separate scullery with a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.
The lounge area has comfortable couches and stacked doors open onto a covered patio with a built-in braai and a dining table and chairs. There is a TV in the lounge with a DStv connection. Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder, smart card, remote and wiring to make use of this facility.
There is parking for 2 cars next to the house, of which 1 parking space is covered.
The complex has controlled access and electric fencing for added security. It boasts a sparkling swimming pool and a play area for the children. The pool is used at guests' own risk and parents must please supervise their children.
A heated indoor swimming pool, water slide, cocktail deck and restaurant are within walking distance of the unit. The casino, golf course and several restaurants are within 10 km of the complex.
Guests can bring along their bicycles and enjoy the dirt roads in the area, or jog or walk for kilometres along the beach. In high season there are various activities at sea, such as parasailing, boat trips to Seal Island, live entertainment and much more.
Fiber internet with Netflix and YouTube is available.
