Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 will be required. This will be refunded within 7 days after departure, should there be no deductions/damages.
Parking facility: There is one bay secure covered parking in the basement and a remote/key will be given to you. Please ensure that this is returned on your departure, as well as your keys, failing which, a cost of R500 will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
