Ons het baie lekker gebly in die huis en die tuin was lekker groot en goed omhein vir ons honde.

Baie aangenaam, veilig en rustig.

Ons het heerlik gekuier en dankie aan die gasvrou wat baie geduldig, vriendelik en behulpsaam was. Die elektriese komberse was 'n aangename bonus, want die nagte was maar koud. Die private voortuin en veilige parkering is 'n groot pluspunt.

Netjiese ruim verblyf. Sal vir seker weer teruggaan. was baie tegemoetkomend met 'n spesiale versoek. Lekker braaiplek.

Lovely cottage in one of the best locations in Sedgefield.

This is a lovely cottage in one of the best locations in Sedgefield. It is within easy walking distance of the estuary, and the excellent Saturday market is nearby. The cottage has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back!

Peaceful place to stay.

We stayed a few nights while house hunting in the area and really enjoyed our stay at Sedge Cottage. Very friendly host. Very peaceful area. Lovely little garden. Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen and it was nice to have a washing machine.

Die cottage is heerlik vir honde babas ook. Definitief een van die beste pet friendly plekke in Sedgefield.

Skoon, gerieflike verblyf op Eiland Sedgefield.

Lieflike 2-slaapkamer en 2-badkamer selfsorg kothuis op die eiland in Sedgefield. Goed toegerus met 'n omheinde tuin vir honde. Netjies en goed toegerus. Naby Swartvlei strandmeer. Uitstekende ligging.

Sedge Cottage was perfek. Lekker ruim met als en meer as wat jy nodig het.

Heerlik, gerieflik en warm!

Die eenheid was pragtig, skoon en baie gerieflik. Die wasmasjien was 'n bonus en die elektriese kombers en verwarmer het die winterkoue weggehou. Die matras was baie gemaklik, ons het heerlik geslaap. Ek sal Sedge Cottage beslis aanbeveel.

Short stay at Sedge Cottage.

My husband and I had a very enjoyable stay at Sedge Cottage with our two Miniature Schnauzers. The cottage is very well equipped with everything that one might need on a holiday and the location of the cottage is ideal for a holiday in Sedgefield.

Die hele gesin, insluitend die hondekinders het dit terdeë geniet. Sedgefield is 'n pragtige dorpie en ons het heerlik gebly in Sedge Cottage. Alles wat ons nodig gehad het - veilig, gerieflik en dierevriendelik.

Tranquil stay on Sedgefield Island - just what we needed.

Stayed 6 nights and was great to have a washing machine, electric blankets as well as emergency lights and gas burner. Lovely walks around the island with birdlife in abundance. Great that property is enclosed for pets as well and alot of things to do in the area. A well priced cottage for a short break.

Alles wat nodig is om gerieflik te ontspan. Dankie Cathy vir jou vriendelikheid. Ons het die tuin en skilpadjies baie geniet en die honde was net so tuis. Sal beslis weer wil besoek.

Neat and comfortable.

It was raining and did not braai at the unit, but we love the set-up and would definitely recommend. The unit is child friendly.

Perfect base for our Garden Route getaway.

Sedge Cottage is a terrific base for our Garden Route getaway. We were all very comfortable in the well equipped cottage, we felt safe and really enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Our dog also loved the garden which was completely secure for him.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cozy cottage in such a beautiful location. Kids and dogs enjoyed the garden. Enjoyed the walks along the lagoon and meeting the friendly, caring community from the Island. Thanks Kathy for a wonderful stay.

Lovely per friendly accommodation.

We had a dog show near Knysna and needed pet friendly accommodation with an enclosed garden. The house is so spacious and felt like a real beach-style stay. The walled garden gave us the peace of mind needed to allow our dogs to walk around freely. It is located near shops and beaches but in a quiet area so that you can really appreciate the beauty of Sedgefield.

Great place in a beautiful setting.

We always enjoy Sedgefield especially the island as we had many vacations here in the past and it brings back fond memories.

We loved the late afternoon walks next to the lake.

Sedge Cottage is an attractive cottage and the tortoises in the garden were fascinating, obviously a feature in the area. Weather was extremely hot so the fans were appreciated. We did, however, have a problem with the ants getting into our food supplies, so perhaps a longer term solution to this problem could be found.

A quiet, restful week away.

Sedge Cottage was the perfect accommodation for us. It allowed us to spend a lot of quality time with our family and dogs, frequently walking around the area, the beach and along the lagoon. Sedgefield is our annual June/July holiday area and Sedge Cottage ticked all the boxes for or stay.

Brilliant!

Sedge Cottage is a magnificent peace of heaven! More than a home away from home. It is one of those places that you feel 'at home' as you walk in. There are even a plug at every mirror! Normally I travel with extension leads because all bedroom plugs are behind the bed but a hairdryer is supplied at the mirror with no plug in sign. Really! Sedge Cottage has every possible shape of adaptor for our modern world available and an extension lead! The birds wake you in the morning and you can walk down to the lake safely to your hearts content. there are so many dog walkers out at all times that you can make friends while getting fresh air. Well done Cathy. You are an exceptional host.

The best self-catering I've ever stayed in.

Spacious with all facilities, semi indoor braai a favourite and the hostess, Cathy, very helpful. Totally recommend a stay there.
