Hosts Charl and Lizzie are true professionals. Felt well taken care of, we could relax and enjoy our stay. Absolutely stunning location. 'Hidden Valley' just outside Hogsback, beautiful natural forest, alive with birdlife, bees and butterflies! To top it off, the creek flowing on the valley floor has rock pools and melodic small waterfalls to enjoy. Amazing forest hike on the property is well marked. Not too long, but it doesn't have to be. Nice steep workout coming back to the cottage!

Don't visit this place with high expectations, because it won't be high enough. Was kort, maar kragtige aand. Dankie vir die stukkie hemel wat julle op aarde kom skep het.

Lekker snoesig in die koue weer geslaap. Sal die plek ten sterkste aanbeveel. Uitstekende plekkie, alles en nog meer wat jy nodig het.

Asemrowende uitsig, natuurskoon sonder einde. Dit is die mooiste plekkie om te bly. Voel of jy teenaan die bome bly. Die mooiste uitsig! Sal definitief weer daar bly en ander aanbeveel om daar te bly.

Magical! Lizzie and Charl were lovely hosts. The location, with amazing views, was magical. The rooms were comfortable with a fireplace in one of the bedrooms. We were two families (young children) travelling together. Our house was probably better suited to one family rather than two. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back soon.

Always amazing. This was our second stay at Serendepity. This time we took our parents to experience this little piece of heaven. We love Serendepity. It feels like you're one with nature, with nothing but the sweet sounds of nature and the spectacular views.

Highly recommend Serendipity! What an amazing time we had staying at Serendipity! Nothing could prepare us for the incredible views, comfortable rooms and hospitality from the hosts. This is a must on your holiday or travels. With a fireplace in the room, ample space for socialising and breathtaking walks, you can't miss Serendipity. Thank you again for a memorable experience.
