House Rules
Bed linen and towels are provided, but guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. Extra linen or towel changes and cleaning services can be arranged for an additional cost. Extra items, such as toilet paper, are available upon request. Guests are encouraged to keep these details in mind when preparing for their stay.
As a self-catering holiday rental, accommodations are provided for independent stays, where guests are responsible for their daily needs. The cleaning fee covers the exit cleaning after the stay, which includes washing linen and towels and refreshing the property for the next guest.
All guests must complete the check-in form before arrival for a smooth check-in process.
If the booking is not fully paid, guests must contact the property to arrange payment. Full payment is required before arrival.
Guests should inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance. If the arrival time changes, guests must notify the team as soon as possible. Note that 24-hour check-in is not available, so timely communication is essential for a seamless check-in.
